**Position**: Travel Sales Executive

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Travel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting travel services to prospective clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable travel packages, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide tailored travel solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Present and sell travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients.
- Maintain knowledge of current travel trends, products, and destinations.
- Process bookings, handle payments, and ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for travel and helping customers plan memorable trips.
