Travel Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel options including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Provide detailed information about visa requirements, travel insurance, currency exchange, and cultural insights.
- Prepare and send quotes, itineraries, and booking confirmations accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and local agents to arrange travel services and ensure smooth execution of trips.
- Maintain client relationships through excellent after-sales support and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, competitor packages, and emerging destinations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, preferably with international tour packages.
- **Skills**:
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:
- Good knowledge of global travel destinations.
- Ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
- **Other**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays during peak seasons.
