**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the company's sales management system. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain sales documentation and records, including customer databases, sales reports, and activity logs.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability. Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team as required.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- **Sales Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to coordinate sales activities effectively. Provide support for promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or customer service position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
