**Position Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client's current fitness levels.
- Set realistic and achievable fitness goals based on individual needs and objectives.
- Develop personalized workout plans that align with clients' fitness goals, health conditions, and preferences.
- Encourage and motivate clients to stay consistent with their fitness routines.
- Demonstrate exercises and provide hands-on guidance to ensure correct form and prevent injuries.
- Educate clients on the importance of overall wellness, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
- Provide information on the benefits of different types of exercise and activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and effective communication.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy.
- Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or Personal Trainer.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing individual needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Relevant fitness certifications from recognized organizations.
- Physical fitness and a leading-by-example attitude.
