Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Fitness Consultant. As a fitness consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. You will provide personalized fitness plans, offer expert guidance, and motivate clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Personalized Tele-Coaching: Lead one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with clients to assess their fitness goals, preferences, and limitations, ensuring a tailored approach to their fitness journey.

Design Customized Fitness Plans: Develop and implement individualized workout plans, considering each client's fitness level, preferences, and any medical or health conditions, to promote safe and effective progress.

Provide Ongoing Client Support: Offer continuous guidance and motivation, fostering a supportive and accountable environment to help clients stay on track and achieve their fitness objectives.

Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Regularly track client progress and adjust fitness plans as needed to ensure continued improvement and the achievement of their goals.

Ensure Client Satisfaction & Engagement: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and feedback, as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and direct client feedback.

Drive Client Retention & Growth: Proactively engage clients to encourage program renewals, referrals, and engagement, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Conduct Webinars & Seminars: Plan and host webinars and seminars on fitness-related topics to educate and engage both current and prospective clients, further establishing the company's expertise.

Efficiently Manage Multiple Tasks: Balance client coaching sessions, administrative responsibilities, and webinar/seminar preparation, ensuring optimal time management and seamless execution of all duties.

Key Requirements:

Education/Certification: A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy (BPT/MPT), OR a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach certification.

Coaching Experience: Experience in personalized fitness coaching, especially in a remote or online setting.

Strong Communication: Ability to effectively engage and motivate clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple client schedules and progress with strong attention to detail.

Passion for Wellness: A genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, and empowering others to reach their goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 48 per week
