**What is the recruitment process**:
As a small team (~52 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 40-75 minutes, except the first call which is a short one to understand expectations. Typically the whole process takes between 10 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.

**What you will be doing**:
Your goal as a written communication trainer is to work with students who wish to specialize in Content and Social Media marketing to improve their written communication proficiency. This track has an entire module dedicated to language and writing, which you will be fully involved in. All our interventions are done online to a diverse group of students who are from all over India.

We’re looking for someone who can work full-time closely with our content and social media marketing team to ensure that all students get high quality training, feedback and additional support and are able to get placed in the roles we are preparing them for.
