**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Administration**: Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
- **Network Management**: Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring reliability and security.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
- **Backup & Recovery**: Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- **Security Management**: Ensure the integrity and security of data by implementing appropriate measures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Work with vendors and other IT staff to enhance system performance and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and server management.
- Experience with networking protocols and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
