**Job Title: IT Administrator Intern**

**Location**: Perungudi, Chennai

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Administrator Intern to join our IT team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone pursuing a career in IT, providing hands-on experience in managing IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting network infrastructure. The IT Admin Intern will work under the guidance of experienced IT staff to support daily IT operations and gain practical exposure to network management, firewall configurations, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Support end-users with basic IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Monitor the health of systems and alert the IT team to any performance issues.
- Assist with the configuration and setup of networking equipment (routers, switches, and firewalls) under supervision.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including hardware inventories, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with preparing reports on IT system performance, incidents, and security updates
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Exposure to operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their administration setup).

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
