We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Store Manager.. As a Part-Time Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient functioning and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise and train store staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs through efficient ordering and stock management.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Handle customer concerns and issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and maximize profitability through effective management of resources and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in fast food.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

**Experience**:
