IT Infrastructure Management:

- Ensure the availability, performance and security of the IT systems and infrastructure.

ERP System Management:

- Manage and administer the company's ERP system, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness

utilization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and understand business process requirements.
- Configure, customize and maintain the ERP system to align with business needs.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure proper system usage.

IT Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to define IT budgets and manages IT resources

effectively.
- Provide recommendations for improving IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Data Management and Security
- Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company data.
- Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery. recovery procedures.
- Monitor and manage data storage, ensuring scalability and efficient utilization.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data

breaches.

Real estate workflow, SOPs, system administration, and network administration.

Education - BCA/ Bsc. Computers
