**Responsibilities**:

- Lead or support the implementation of Epicor ERP modules according to business requirements. Should have work experience on all the modules like Sales management, job management, production management, maintenance, service, quality, finance etc.
- Configure and customize Epicor ERP functionalities to align with business processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain customizations, reports, and interfaces using Epicor tools like BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Data Management Tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex issues related to Epicor ERP.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices based on industry knowledge and ERP expertise.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective use of Epicor ERP
- functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP users, addressing technical and functional issues promptly.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and processes.
