**Job description ERP Support Executive**
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Automobile, and Service Industries will be added advantage

Understanding business requirements, client processes and mapping the processes of the client in our ERP.
- User training and support for ERP.
- End-to-end implementation of ERP module(s).
- Creating and documenting specifications for changes as per established norms.
- Validating the requirements/specifications against established norms, statutory requirements.

**Desired Skills**
- Exposure to processes in manufacturing, engineering, sales, service industry will be desirable.
- Experience of using/implementing at least one module of some ERP is desired.
- Knowledge and ability to produce high quality and detail document, based on customer requirements.
- Experience of handling customer communication shall be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel on project assignments and work at client locations for the duration of projects.

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Benefits: Work from home / Hybrid

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
