Their mission is to drive measurable business impact and co-create solutions that simplify complexity and foster innovation.Role DescriptionThe ERP Support Executive will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to schools using the eTechSchoolOnline ERP. This includes onboarding new schools, training users, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with the technical team for bug fixes or enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations.Key tasks include handling phone inquiries, assisting users with ERP-related administrative queries, ensuring efficient data entry, and maintaining records for smooth operation of ERP systems.ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Issue ResolutionHandle client queries via call, email, or ticketing system.Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and minor technical issues in ERP modules.Coordinate with the development team for escalated issues and ensure timely closure.Implementation & OnboardingAssist in ERP implementation and data migration for new clients.Configure modules as per client requirements (e.g., student data, fees, timetable, transport, etc.).Conduct user training sessions for school admin, teachers, and management staff.System Monitoring & MaintenanceRegularly review ERP performance and usage reports.Verify data integrity and assist clients in maintaining updated information.Suggest improvements and user experience enhancements to the product team.Documentation & ReportingMaintain support logs, issue resolutions, and change request documentation.Prepare weekly client status reports and feedback summaries.Create user manuals and FAQs to support end-user training.QualificationsFresher or 1 year of experience in ERP / School ERP / SaaS support roles preferred.Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsExcellent Phone Etiquette and Communication SkillsExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyWorking knowledge of ERP systems and processes is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Administration or related field preferredUnderstanding of school operations (academics, fees, transport, exams, HR) is a strong plus.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data import/export tools.Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts (added advantage).Strong communication, analytical, and customer-handling skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.BenefitsINR 18k to INR 25k per monthExtensive learning opportunitiesOther company perks as per company policy
