As a Travel Insurance Sales Executive stationed at an embassy, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell travel insurance products to embassy visitors. You will be crucial in ensuring travelers are adequately protected during their journeys abroad.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with embassy visitors to understand their travel plans and insurance needs.
- Educate customers about the benefits and coverage of various travel insurance plans.
- Recommend suitable travel insurance products based on customers' travel requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to travel insurance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the travel insurance business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with embassy staff to coordinate sales activities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and insurance policies to provide informed customer recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or insurance is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with varying customer traffic.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and generating reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a credit card sales executive in shopping malls or airports is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with travel insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial, considering the diverse clientele visiting embassies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
