**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/ Brand Promoter to join our team. The Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales during weekends. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and available to work on weekends. The role will primarily cover the Western and South Bombay regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner in the Western and South Bombay regions.
- Provide product/service information and answer customer inquiries.
- Create a positive and memorable experience for customers.

**Product/Service Promotion**:

- Actively promote and demonstrate featured products/services.
- Utilize persuasive communication to encourage customers to make a purchase.
- Stay informed about product/service features, benefits, and promotions.

**Sales Generation**:

- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in the Western and South Bombay regions.
- Actively participate in sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Merchandising**:

- Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional materials.

**Reporting**:

- Submit timely and accurate sales reports.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, concerns, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Energetic and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,306.50 - ₹67,201.77 per month
