**Job Overview**
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven AssociateTalent Acquisition who loves contributing to hiring for their company, excels at building and improving processes, and wants to make an impact on hiring at Branch. You will be working with the People Operations team and internal and external stakeholders to fulfil the hiring requirements of Branch International. We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to join our team and contribute to recruitment for both technical and non technical functions.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely on building pipelines for tech and non-tech roles
- Build processes and capabilities for a world-class recruiting org in each of our global offices
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews
- Drive our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Assist with ad-hoc People Operations projects as needed
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. An MBA/PGDM degree in HR is preferable
- Up to 3 years of recruiting experience
- Preferably with experience in Startup companies/ companies with an employee-centric culture
- Passionate about innovative people solutions and process improvement
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Collaborative mindset and a team player
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work with a global team
- Autonomous and comfortable owning a project from start to finish
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy and able to wear many hats
- Proactive self-starter
