**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in Tally ERP.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring payments and receipts are processed in a timely manner.
- Generate and analyze financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support senior accountants with financial analysis and budgeting tasks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in tax preparation and filing.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
