**Parent Coordinator - Ballet School**

**Location**: Bangalore City | Travel Required

Do you enjoy working with parents and children, solving problems efficiently, and keeping things **organized and running smoothly**? Our prestigious **ballet academy** is looking for a **Parent Coordinator** to manage parent communications, resolve inquiries swiftly, and **travel between our studios** to support parents and students across the city.

This role is ideal for someone who is warm, empathetic, and **naturally good at handling people**—especially parents of young children.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Ensure swift resolution** of any concerns related to admissions, schedules, fees, and student progress.
- **Travel across different studio locations** (mainly in the second half of the day) to support parents and oversee smooth class operations.
- **Proactively update parents** on important information—class schedules, exams, performances, etc.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure an **exceptional parent and student experience**.
- **Ensure children are safely handed over to their parents/guardians after class**.
- Maintain **accurate records** of interactions and follow up diligently.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent communicator** (English + Kannada])—clear, polite, and professional.
- **Organized & responsible**—keeps track of multiple tasks and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- **Empathetic & patient**—able to handle concerns with a calm and understanding approach.
- **Flexible & mobile**—willing to **travel across the city to different studios** (having your own vehicle is a plus. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed).

**Ideal Experience (What Will Make You a Great Fit)**

✔ **Customer-Facing Roles** - School administration, front desk, customer service in premium services, hospitality.

✔ **Child-Related Roles** - Preschool, daycare, after-school programs, dance/sports studio coordinators.

✔ **Operations & Logistics** - Admissions, transport coordination, event management (especially in education/performing arts).

✔ **Comfortable with handling safe student handovers** after class.

**Bonus Points If You**

✨ Have experience in **customer service, school admin, or parent engagement roles**.

✨ Love **ballet, dance, or performing arts**.

✨ Can think on your feet and **anticipate parents’ concerns before they arise**.
