**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO)
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content and increasing followers and engagement
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and promote digital content (e.g., videos, infographics, ebooks) that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, SEO, content writing, and digital promotion
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to optimize content for each platform
- Experience with SEO tools and strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
- Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
