Job Description: Social Media Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.

Ideate and propose creative and engaging campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Content Creation and Curation:
Create visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Curate user-generated content and leverage it to amplify the brand's social media presence.

Community Management:
Monitor and respond to social media conversations, comments, and messages promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.

Foster a sense of community by encouraging user participation and interactions through contests, challenges, and discussions.

Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate with social media influencers and micro-influencers who resonate with our target audience.

Coordinate influencer campaigns to amplify brand reach and generate authentic user-generated content.

Social Media Analytics:
Regularly analyze social media performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Optimize content strategies based on data-driven analysis to maximize engagement and reach.

Trendspotting:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Incorporate trending topics and hashtags creatively into our content strategy.

Campaign Execution:
Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.

Brand Voice and Tone:
Ensure consistency in the brand's voice, tone, and messaging across all social media channels.

Maintain a fresh and vibrant approach while communicating the brand's core values.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a youth-oriented or lifestyle brand.
