Role Description

This is a full-time WFH role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing clients&apos social media presence, and creating content for social media channels. They will also be responsible for communicating regularly with clients and maintaining relationships with them.

A social media marketing manager develops and executes marketing plans to promote a company&aposs products or

services on social media platforms. Their responsibilities include:

- Creating and maintaining the company&aposs brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company&aposs social media accounts
- Analyzing engagement data
- Identifying trends in customer interactions
- Planning digital campaigns to build community online
- Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media
- Promoting products, services, and content over social media
- Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and Tweet Deck

Social media marketing managers must have:

- Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent teamworking, collaboration, and networking skills
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects
- Project and campaign management skills
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving too

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in developing content strategy and creating content for social media channels
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in managing social media campaigns for businesses is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
