Store supervisor manages stores function by monitoring inventory, organising work schedules.
To oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, and assignment of employees in storage, and distribution of materials.
Providing stores performance reports and perform other related duties that ensure the successful running of the store.
Monitoring stocks and product displays and the general appearance of the store.
Addressing internal customer requests, comments, and complaints.
Motivating employees to achieve the set target.
Ensure a safe and clean store environment for internal customers and employees.
Ability to handle the stores function with high system based.
Timely reporting of Non moving and slow moving items to SCM
Creating and submitting MIS reports on a periodic manner
Execute Continuous improvement projects
