Sales Supervisor

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in a retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide training and guidance to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team productivity
- Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and restocking activities

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management or sales supervision
- Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and sales operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and employee orientation
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive analysis
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
