**Medical Records Retrieval** - Assisting law firms in obtaining & organizing medical records
**Lien Negotiation** - Helping clients reduce medical lien amounts efficiently

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 CTC per month (₹2 - ₹3.5 LPA)
**Location**: Bangalore Urban, Karnataka (On-Site only)
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Timings)
**Experience Required**:Min. 1 year in an international BPO / US Process**
**Education**: Any Graduate

**What You’ll Do**:
**Assist US law firms** with medical records retrieval & lien negotiation
**Coordinate with healthcare providers & attorneys** for smooth record retrieval
**Negotiate medical liens & track case progress**
**Ensure accuracy, confidentiality & compliance** with legal standards

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **1+ years of experience in a US/International BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service role**
✔ **Excellent spoken & written English communication skills**
✔ **Experience in medical records retrieval / lien negotiation is a HUGE plus**
✔ **Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills**
✔ **Tech-savvy with good data entry skills**
✔ **Comfortable working in night shifts**
