**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, features, pricing, and amenities to interested clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain engagement.
- Prepare reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Fluency in [insert local language] and English.
