Job Description
- 1. Monitor multiple projects at the same time

2. Visit project sites and coordinate with site team to get project updates on daily basis

3. Coordinate with vendor to ensure delivery of goods and services as per project bill of quantities

4. Track the project progress from the time the fund is received upto handover of the project to donor

5. Manage risks in project delivery as per timeline and escalate issues immediately to top management

6. Document weekly activities, monthly activities and generate reports for projects

7. Coordinate with csr consultant and provide required data as requested by the donors

8. Conduct events for corporates in coordination with event management team as part of employee engagement

9. Participate in review meetings with corporate and internal project review meetings and record the minutes and action plans

10. Create csr reports for various projects for submission to donors

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
