Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into actionable tasks and define timeframes. - Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Team Coordination: Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management, and help remove blockers in collaboration with the Project Manager. - Budget & Procurement Management: Assist in preparing budgets, oversee procurement processes, and monitor project expenditures. - Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify project risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies. - Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, handle arising issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders. - Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Issue legal paperwork such as contracts and agreements. - Quality Assurance: Ensure project standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests and adherence to best practices. Requirements: - Proven experience in project coordination or project management support roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams. - Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). - Understanding of budgeting, procurement, and risk management principles. - Attention to detail with the ability to prepare comprehensive documentation and reports.
