You Should Be - An Excellent communicator: Strong command of English and exceptional communication skills. - Dedicated Account Manager: Focused on fostering long-term relationships and driving exceptional value for your business. - Collaborative mindset: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience. - Elevated Client Experience: Beyond expectations, offering personalized service and lasting value. - Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms to manage client information and interactions. What You'll Do - Guide clients through each stage of their journey, ensuring smooth execution of processes. - Empower PMX members with queries related to their health plans, services, and next steps. - Proactively assist clients in booking tests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating therapy sessions. - Act as the key liaison between clients and our clinical team, ensuring seamless communication. - Track and manage client interactions to provide timely assistance and follow-ups and consistently anticipate needs. - Educate clients on how to use our tech platform and navigate available services. - Ensure every client feels valued, supported, and fully equipped to navigate their health journey with confidence. Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a Client-facing role in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness industries. - Must have Degree in Nutrition/ Pharmacy/ Management - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
