Job Description:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 4 + years of experience designing, deploying, and managing Active Directory environments in enterprise-scale organizations.
- Expertise in Active Directory migrations with key AD Security controls.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, including domains, forests, trusts, replication, and site topology.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, and reporting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Active Directory Certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or similar credentials are a plus.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- 5 to 15 years of experience designing, deploying, and managing **Active Directory environments** at an enterprise scale.
- Expertise in **Azure Active Directory (AAD)** migration and hybrid identity solutions.
- Proficiency in **Active Directory architecture**, including forests, domains, trusts, replication, and site topology.
- Advanced skills in **PowerShell scripting** for automation and configuration management.

**Migration Experience**:

- Demonstrated success in **Active Directory migrations**, consolidating domain controllers, and transitioning users.
- Familiarity with tools like **Quest Migration Manager**, **ADMT**, or **Binary Tree** for efficient directory migrations.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Azure: 6 years (required)
