Role : Senior System Administrator (Windows / M365 / Azure)Experience : 8+ YearsLocation : Noida NSEZ, Phase 2Mode : Work From Office (5 Days)Shift : Night Shift (Between 6:00 PM 10:00 PM Start Time)Job Type : Full-time / Description :We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and support enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure 365, M365, Windows Server, VMware, and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency while mentoring junior team members and supporting a 24x7 operational Responsibilities :- Perform advanced system administration tasks across Active Directory, Azure 365, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, and AWS.- Support and manage Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Mobile Device Management, Identity Management, and Data Governance.- Manage and troubleshoot GPO policies, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.- Support vulnerability management and Windows imaging processes.- Hands-on experience with Windows PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) processes.- Collaborate with end-users and vendors to support applications and infrastructure environments.- Evaluate and plan infrastructure changes to support new applications, servers, and devices.- Maintain performance-monitoring tools such as intrusion detection systems and virus scanning applications.- Document all configurations, upgrades, recovery, and security standards.- Follow best practices for system monitoring, change control, and service level management.- Stay current with emerging technologies to align with the organizations technology roadmap.- Handle escalated end-user support tickets efficiently.- Mentor and train junior team members.- Must be willing to work in a 24x7 operational Skills & Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience in system administration and infrastructure management.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure 365, and M365.- Experience with Windows Server Administration, VMware, and AWS.- Proficient in GPO, PKI, and security management.- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Excellent documentation and communication skills.- Experience in vulnerability management and incident response preferred.- Ability to work independently in a night shift and fast-paced environment.
