You will be responsible for managing user identities, access privileges, and authentication mechanisms, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Okta, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using protocols such as SAML and OAuth.- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and de-provisioning.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM systems for performance and security.- Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other advanced security controls.- Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to enforce access governance policies.- Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.- Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 46 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management.- Strong expertise in Okta and Azure Active Directory administration and configuration.- Solid understanding of authentication/authorization protocols : SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SSO.- Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and user provisioning workflows.- Knowledge of security standards, compliance requirements, and IAM best practices.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services.- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools is a plus.Why Join Us : - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge IAM technologies.- Collaborative environment with a focus on security and innovation.- Competitive compensation and growth-oriented career path.
