1. Provide freight services in accordance with the company's and the government's rules.

2. Establish and synchronize pick-up and delivery times.

3. To manage the schedules and collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.

4. Track shipments and update customers on their progress.

5. In order to boost business, manage various deliveries, handle spot requests, and create new sales methods.

6. Resolve freight disputes as soon as possible.

7. Professionally address the questions and concerns of the customer.

8. Maintain an effective and positive rapport with your clients.

9. Find qualified carriers for freight services and get in touch with them.

10. Contract and price negotiations with carriers.

11. Offer clients exclusive deals and promotions.

12. For new business prospects, reach out to existing and potential clients.

13. Keep solid connections with many carriers.

14. Before shipment, make sure that the necessary paperwork is completed and approved.

15. Keep track of client receipts and freight files for future reference.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
