Job Title: Planning Executive - Primavera Project Planning & Scheduling
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing Primavera P6 software, considering scope, resources, timeframes, and budgetary constraints.
- Scheduling: Create detailed schedules, including task dependencies, critical paths, and milestones, to facilitate effective project execution.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitoring and Control: Regularly monitor project progress, track deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project objectives are met.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure alignment of project plans and schedules with overall project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project schedules adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices to optimize project performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the project planning and scheduling process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software for project planning and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in project planning and scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
