Overview:
As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Consilio. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Junior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Job Duties**

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Monitor Salesforce Help Desk support tickets and requests
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, Dashboards and reports
- Monitor user adoption
- Assist with organizing UAT structure, testing, goals, and results.
- Provide timely updates and communication to entire project/task team.
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Salesforce product knowledge and 1-year hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud, Marketo, AdobeSign, Nintex Drawloop, Valorx, Sales Navigator and other plugins

- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings,
