About the Role -

We are seeking a Salesforce Admin to manage, configure, and troubleshoot FinancialForce (Certinia) modules. You will support the platform's ongoing maintenance, user access management, and process improvements. Customize the tool to fit business needs, implement new processes, and provide training and documentation for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure FinancialForce (Certinia) modules.

Maintain user access, security settings, and system integrity.

Customize Salesforce to meet business objectives using Flow, Lightning App Builder.

Support process improvements, upgrades, and integrations.

Create reports and dashboards, manage system audits.

Provide training and documentation to users.

Skills Required:

Salesforce Admin & Platform App Builder Certifications.

3-5 years of experience in administration and user management.

Experience with Salesforce customization, automation (Flow, Lightning).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Certinia Certification (preferred).
