Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization:
Designing new processes, modifying existing ones, and optimizing them for efficiency and cost reduction.

Process Analysis and Improvement:
Analyzing production workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and developing solutions.

Equipment Selection and Management:
Selecting and managing equipment and instrumentation to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Process Monitoring and Control:
Monitoring system performance, tracking key performance indicators, and making adjustments to optimize process parameters.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Diagnosing and resolving issues related to process performance, equipment malfunctions, or unexpected outcomes.

Risk Assessment and Safety:
Conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, and developing contingency plans to ensure a safe working environment.

Documentation and Reporting:
Preparing process specifications, documentation, and reports to support process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects and effective communication of technical information.

Project Management:
Planning and managing process improvement projects, including budget management, timelines, and resource allocation.

Compliance and Standards:
Ensuring that processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Process Simulation and Modeling:

- Using process simulation software to model and analyze process behavior, identify potential issues, and optimize process parameters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹26,314.63 per month
