Back Office Sales Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate order fulfillment and logistics.
- Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking performance metrics and providing insights to the sales team.
- Maintain the customer database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurately reflects customer interactions.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting to ensure adequate stock for sales commitments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
