**Job Title**: Government E-Tendering Portal Administrator
**Location**: Industrial Area Phase 2, Panchkula, Haryana
**Terms**: Full-time in office
**Salary/Rate: INR 15,000 - INR 18,000**

**About the Role**:
The role involves focus on managing the Indian Government e-tendering portals, along with the coordination skills required for the job.

**Responsibilities**:

- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the E-Tendering portal by regularly monitoring and maintaining the system with digital signature tokens.
- User Support: Provide support to users, including government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders, by addressing queries, issues, and concerns related to the E-Tendering portal.
- Data Management: Ensuring accurate and timely updates to tender information, documents, and other relevant data.
- Vendor Registration and Verification: Manage the vendor registration process, including verification of vendor credentials, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
- Tender Publishing and Management: Facilitate the publishing of tender notices, documents, and updates on the portal. Monitor the tendering process, ensuring that it adheres to established procedures and timelines.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical issues related to the E-Tendering portal promptly and effectively. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback to the management based on user face interactions and putting up ideas to refine strategies and improving overall performance.
- Experience: We welcome individuals who are recent graduates and demonstrate strategic thinking, along with proficiency in internet navigation, excellent typing capabilities, and strong analytical skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
