**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
Ø Create visually captivating and impactful graphic designs for a variety of media, including print and digital.

Ø Develop and refine design concepts, infographics, and layouts to align with project goals.

**Brand Adherence**:
Ø Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, including logos, colour schemes, and typography.

Ø Create and update company brand guide.

Ø Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve brand identity.

**Digital Design**:
Ø Optimize designs for online viewing and interactivity.

**Print Materials**:
Ø Design marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.

Ø Prepare designs for print production, considering colour profiles, resolution, and other technical aspects.

**Illustrations**:
Ø Create custom illustrations or graphics to enhance visual storytelling.

Ø Incorporate illustrations into designs as needed.

**Image Editing**:
Ø Edit and retouch photos for use in various materials.

Ø Ensure high-quality, professional image output.

**Collaboration**:
Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.

Ø Accept feedback and make revisions as necessary.

Ø Collaborate with vendors and print agencies for final creation and printing of design collaterals.

**File Management**:
Ø Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring easy access for the team.

Ø Manage design files efficiently.

**Software Proficiency**:
Ø Be proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other similar softwares).

Ø Stay updated on industry trends and design software advancements.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Academic: Bachelors degree (for junior position)/ Masters degree in graphic design or a related field.

**Skills**:
Ø Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.

Ø Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.

Ø Knowledge of print design and production processes.

Ø Attention to detail and an excellent eye for aesthetics.

Ø Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

**Experience**:
Ø Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 2 years (preferred)
