**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visuals for campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos (if required).
- Stay updated with design trends and implement innovative design ideas.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
- Work with various teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality results.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design software like **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva** (After Effects & Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, and layout design**.
- Experience in **social media graphics, branding, and marketing materials**.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing past work and design capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree/diploma in **Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field**.
- Experience with **motion graphics or UI/UX design** is a plus.
