**JOB DESCRIPTION: UI/UX DESIGNER**

**Location**:Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

**Experience**:Fresher; 0-1 Year

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who is eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects. This is a great opportunity for freshers to turn their ideas into functional and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand user requirements and business goals.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, typography, spacing, and color schemes across all platforms.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
- Take feedback constructively and make design improvements accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Good sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
- Portfolio showcasing academic or freelance design projects.
- Knowledge of mobile-first and accessibility design practices.
- Exposure to tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
