**Associate - Customer Success & Growth (German Language)**

**Role: Associate - Customer Success & Growth (German Language)**

**Job Description: ** 

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate - Customer Success & Growth (CSG) with excellent communication skills in German or French. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer success, business development, or client-facing roles within an IT company. You will be instrumental in driving growth in the German market by strengthening client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the German-speaking market.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and German-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to expand existing client relationships and revenue.
- Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and project coordination activities.
- Manage client queries, feedback, and expectations professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to drive client success and retention.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Business Development, Account Management, or client-facing role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Fluency in German or French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience working with European clients or international markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Understanding of IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Ability to understand client needs and align them with company offerings.
- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

**Education and Experience**

BTech, Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹570,304.43 - ₹706,959.30 per year
