**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Procurement Responsibilities**:Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best terms and prices for purchased goods and services.
- **Supplier Management**:Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring inventory levels, anticipating demand, and coordinating with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:Developing and adhering to procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensuring purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications through supplier evaluation and inspection processes.
- **Contract Management**:Reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and resolving any contract-related issues.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Keeping abreast of market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to inform purchasing decisions and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications, and preparing reports for management as needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborating with other departments such as finance, operations, and logistics to align purchasing activities with organizational goals and priorities.
- **Compliance and Ethics**:Ensuring purchasing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and promoting ethical conduct in all procurement-related activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in purchase management, inventory control, material planning, and store management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong supplier relationships.
- Proficient in using Purchase Order (PO), GRN, PR, MRN, Delivery Challan software tools, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and techniques.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
