ERP Implementation Associate

The vacancy is for the position of Implementation Consultant in Management Consulting. We are looking for an ERP Implementation Associate who will support clients in setting up and using systems. The role involves understanding the clients current business processes, configuring the ERP system to suit their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition. The Nature of projects done in Management Consulting are:

- ERP implementation
- Business process reengineering
- Process & internal controls consulting
- Process automation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management:
Responsible for delivery of the engagements in consulting as per agreed terms and firms quality standards.

Lead or manage a team and ensure delivery of the consulting engagements - including scoping of project, project proposal, As-Is understanding, providing process solution, Finalizing To-be, implementing the proposed solutionMapping business requirements to technical and functional requirements and conduct vendor assessment as a part of the broader transformation requirements

Client Management:
Executive-level skills in client relationship management and the hold conversations with senior executives.

Excellent client communication and meeting presentation to be done.

Contribute to new solution development based on the industry trends and clients problem statementCreate innovative insights for clients, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to thought leadership documents.

Operational Excellence:
Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.

Manage engagement timelines and ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality standards

People related:
Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.

Foster teamwork and innovation.

Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.

Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members. Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives.

Business Related:
Engage in new client conversations & contribute to winning new projects or engagements.

Deliver with quality, the desired results and achieve project objectives effectively contributing to winning further engagements or referrals from client.

Participate in seminars, knowledge sessions, events and associations to initiate new client relationships.

Required Qualification:

- Understand the clients existing processes and business requirements
- Help configure and set up the ERP system based on the clients needs
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
- Training client teams on how to use the ERP system
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Experience in ERP consulting including internal audit management in companies

and or Preferred to have technical knowledge about leading ERPs such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Strong multi-project management skills and client management including building relationship for executive level client employees
- Cognitive problem-solving capabilities, quick decision-making skills and ability to handle complex situations with a calm demeanor
- Excellent oral communication in English and Tamil
- Willingness to travel & stay at outstation locations for the project durations which may

span typically around 4 to 6 months. (Accommodation+ Food + travel cost will be taken care by the company for travel to other cities)

Pay: ₹281,751.33 - ₹981,942.95 per year
