Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions, training end-users, and translating complex business requirements into efficient technical workflows.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system adoption, optimal performance, and ongoing improvements to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Implementation & Configuration:

Implement, configure, and customize ERP modules according to business requirements.

  • Business Process Analysis:

Work with department heads and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business processes and translate them into ERP workflows.

  • Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.

  • Training & Support:

Conduct end-user training sessions to teach ERP functionality and ensure smooth adoption.

Provide ongoing functional and technical support post-implementation.

  • System Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain the ERP system for performance, data accuracy, and version updates.

Collaborate with IT and ERP vendors for upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes using ERP tools and features.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERP implementation or support experience (Frappe/ERPNext, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations.

  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to train and support non-technical users effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Frappe Framework / ERPNext implementation and customization.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.

  • Familiarity with system integration (APIs, data migration, third-party apps).

  • Certification in ERP implementation or business process management is a plus.
