**Job description**

**Role Summary**

Experienced IT Engineer with a strong background in both hardware and software support, combined with hands-on expertise in implementing, managing, and supporting ERP systems, especially SAP Business One. Adept at maintaining a secure, efficient IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless business operations through reliable system integration and user support.

**Core Responsibilities**

**Hardware Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults; manage vendor support for replacements and warranties.
- Perform system upgrades, hardware lifecycle management, and inventory control.
- Set up and support wired and wireless networks including LAN/WAN configurations.

**Software Responsibilities**
- Manage system updates, patch deployment, and endpoint security solutions.
- Provide user support for software issues, access problems, and performance optimization.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring business continuity.

**ERP - SAP Business One Expertise**
- Install, configure, and support SAP Business One on SQL Server/HANA environments.
- Manage users, roles, and permissions within SAP B1; implement security policies and approval workflows.
- Handle SAP B1 upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting across client and server components.
- Develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and write SQL queries for business insights.
- Work with SAP B1 Integration Framework (B1if), DI API/SDK for third-party integrations and automation.
- Support and deploy SAP B1 add-ons; collaborate with vendors for implementation and issue resolution.
- Provide training and day-to-day support for end-users to ensure efficient ERP usage.

**Additional Skills**
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and ITIL-based support practices.
- Familiar with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and endpoint management tools.
- Experience with ERP-related business processes: inventory, sales, purchasing, finance, and CRM.
- Excellent documentation skills for SOPs, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
