_**About the role**_
- The _**Presales or Inside sales Executive**_ _is responsible for driving sales through incoming leads generated by marketing efforts, website inquiries, and other channels. You will build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and present business solutions in a compelling manner._

**Responsibilities and Ownership**:

- Qualify incoming leads and identify potential customers with genuine rental needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Effectively present plans, product offerings, and value propositions tailored to individual needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster positive brand experiences.
- **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:_ _Your work till now will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that, you should be: _
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-centric role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-based sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, go-getter, and highly energetic attitude is a plus

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
