**Job Title**: Customer Service Associate - E-commerce Support

**Job Role**:

- Resolving queries related to **E-commerce platforms (Myntra, Meesho, Teleperformance, BPO exposure preferred)**:

- Ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses

**Work Details**:

- **Working Days**: 6 days a week (weekly rotational off, not on Sunday)
- **Shift Timing**: 7 AM - 9 PM (9 hours working as per weekly roster)
- **Location**: Koramangala
- **Perks**: Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks provided

**Eligibility**:

- **Education**: Graduation / Plus 2
- **Languages Required**:

- English + Kannada + (Tamil / Telugu) - 4 openings
- English + Hindi + (Bengali / Marathi) - 4 openings

**Interview Process**: (All rounds on the same day)
- Face-to-Face Interview - 3 Rounds
- Mock Call Round

**Other Details**:

- Salary Payout: 26th of every month
