**Job Description Sales Representative**

1. Sales Management

a. Ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver volume objectives of the territory.

b. Month wise monitoring Product Group achievement against the targets and take corrective action on a monthly basis.

c. Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Companies products

d. Ensuring Sales and distribution through Product Availability, Visibility.

e. Relationship management with Retailers.

f. Doing retail activity like window display, spot promotion etc.

2. Coverage

a. Reach out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segment

3. Distributor Management

a. Maintaining accurate stock control at SKU level at Distributor point.

b. Tracking daily basis productivity through Distributor &area wise.

c. Maintain product, and SKU wise achievement.

d. Monitor the performance of distributor within the area. Identify issue and take action to deal with them

e. Implement contact management strategies and regular meetings with distributors

f. Relationship management with distributors

g. Proper maintaining retail data, and distributor claims.

4. Market Intelligence

a. Tracking Market Off-take and penetration among new outlets

b. Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends

c. Propose sales promotion plan/schemes and successfully implement sales support activities to generate sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
