Key Responsibilities(Role involves pan india travelling)
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including training freelancers, managing vendor relationships and streamlining logistics and collaterals.
- Network Expansion: Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners, expanding our network and market reach.
- Campaign Success: Drive the successful execution of our online marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of media,financial, and campaign performance metrics.Prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
- Team Development: Train and mentor freelancers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- A strong passion for the marketing industry and a never-give-up attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills in both operations and marketing

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
